Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer shipping box.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
